You gotta give Indiana some credit…they are one of the few States in the “Black”…unlike their nieghbor, Illinois, which is more in debt per capita (even beyond California) than any other state. But hey…it’s our one year anniversary in Illinois of a 50% tax hike! So let’s light the candle!
