Inspecting the Means of Egress Course

As required by the Reading and Writing portion of this course, I read the article on Air Sampling for Mold Inspectors.
Air sampling of indoor air environment compared with the outdoor conditions can be a good indication of potential presence of mold within the structure that cannot be visually detected.
Samples are taken by the use of a small pump, situated in the center of a room 3-6 feet above the floor. Air is brought thru the pump, collected on a filter medium that be sent to the lab for microscopic analysis.
