Little back ground I’ve been in the construction industry for over 35 years and have done home inspections for mainly friends in the past. Would like to become a certified home inspector to use my skills for a change of pace. I’m in Ohio which presently there is no certification required but it my be soon.
Just for curiosity I took the InterNACHI online inspectors exam and got a 92.
So question is do I use the free online classes or go to a training school and pay around $3000.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
