NYS 6-hour CE course - Dec 14th & 15th

In response to your requests, the American Real Estate School will be conducting a 6-hour NY State approved Home Inspection Continuing Education course on Dec. 14 (6-9 pm) and Dec. 15th (9am-12pm). The course subject will be “Mold – A Growing Concern”. The course will address: What Are Molds, What Mold Needs to Grow, Health Effects That May Be Caused by Mold or Mold Spores, Finding Mold and Moisture, Mold Sampling, General Remediation Issues, Assess Mold Problems, How to Avoid Mold Exposure, Developing a Remediation Plan and Remediation Procedures, Containment and Personal Protective Equipment, Various Testing Methods, Mold Prevention Tips, and Supplementary Information including Case Studies. The course will be presented by (myself) Nachi member and ESA Certified Mold Inspector Bill Smith, and has been scheduled to accommodate working Home Inspectors that require the 6 hour Continuing Education credits to renew their NYS HI licenses.
