This course is designed to introduce new and intermediate Home Inspectors to the special challenges of inspecting manufactured Housing. The class is not intended to be a “code” study, but rather a practical guide to the inspection of Steel Chassied
structures. The course will also introduce the differences between, Mobile, Manufactured, Modular, Panelized and Pre-Cut design systems, but only so far as to help the student understand the differences.
The course is not designed for those engaged in the field of either installation or code enforcement as pertains to Manufactured Housing.
All students successfully completing the course by passing the final exam with a score of not less than 75% ( minimum 38 from 50 correct) will be mailed a Certificate of Completion
