Have a go old timers!
Did you mean not three wins this year or everyone?

Paul's questions, Paul's rules. In case his intention was to open it up to all inspectors, my answers would be:
1. C, D
2. D
3. A
4. A, C

BTW, I love the books, my clients love the books, and it's beyond me why people don't scramble for the books. I love just researching the answers, too. I'd think having a curious mind is a quality most inspectors share.

Thanks for your questions, Paul

I have an ink stamp with my name, number, and logo that I stamp on the inside - once in the front and once in the back. I put two loose business cards in - again, one in the front and one in the back. Then I use a glue stick to paste my business card on the front cover. They hold real well if you smear the glue on the cover and again on the card. Of course we're dry as a bone here in Colorado. I imagine in Florida that everything would fall apart by mid-afternoon.

They are not "tuff", they are just "wrong"!
There is one very important, specific piece of information missing that makes all the questions impossible to answer without.
I'm certain Larry knows what I am referring to.

Good luck!

Ditto. The key is AVERY, not that cheap Staples/Office Max counterfeits!

Sorry, Jeff, I am having a bad day health-wise and I'm not playing this again.

This week is Paul's week and I trust him and:

Listen chum, I read and answered these questions when they came out. I *didn't* post my answers then because of "rule changes".

Paul posted "Questions are now open to everyone." He then made the clarifying and encouraging statement: "Have a go old timers".

I fall neatly into both of those categories. That's a pretty clear-cut invitation to jump in and try my answers. It could be a moot point, as the answers I've given may well not be the answers Paul was looking for.

For you to feel the need to interject, then ask me to "wait" until you get clarification, is just ridiculous.

Thanks again Paul, for being clarifying and encouraging.

I also inspected a New Build yesterday and the genius carpenters attached the deck ledger to *two* cantilevered bow windows. Because Paul asked these awesome questions *and* I researched answers (regardless of the reward of books), I was able to put together a pretty awesome report for my clients. Paul's questions helped me prevent what would have been tens of thousands of dollars in future repairs to the deck my client's might've bought had I not alerted them to the potentially life-threatening deficiency.

Thanks again Paul!

Figured you'd go off on a long winded tirade like a goofy little girl!
Your reputation precedes you.
You are not eligible with more than three wins.

You aren't going to ever stop, are you?

First, I didn't ask you. Second, your opinion doesn't matter to me. Paul's opinion is the only one that matters in this.

And finally, your derogatory statements do nothing to uplift this thread or forum. Paul's thoughtful and pertinent questions do, as well as help me be a better inspector.
