It’s almost winter, and I’d like to come over and inspect your home to make sure it’s prepared for the cold weather

Well, that’s nice if you’re somewhere where it’s actually cold.

It did get down to 50 on today’s inspection, but that’s about it. It’s not uncommon to find furnaces that are 20 years old and look barely used.
