how about little signs for thermostats and bathrooms: do not touch/adjust there is an inspection going on!!!

That is a good ideal. I will get up in the attic to check the heating and air and the dang agent would have moved the setting I just placed it at. This has happened many times. Then I got to climb back down and tell her to leave the darn thing alone.:mad:
