Good evening,

I’m looking for an InterNACHI inspector in Calgary, who is knowledgeable with wood foundations and who can give my clients some direction on buying a home with a preserved wood foundation.

Thank you!

Great work Nick.

Love to see a wood foundation.
Anyone answering this post please provide some information.

Preserved Wood Foundation is an incorrect term.

Permanent Wood Foundation (PWF) is the correct term.

I always figgered it stood for Pressure treated Wood Foundation

Appearantly, it’s a Canadian thing…

Well this is the Canadian Home Inspector sub forum, if you want to participate you will need to say zed, not zee.

Eh??

Ha!

There is of course a major exception as saying “Zed-Zed Top” doesn’t cut it eh!
