If anyone requires Inspection Report Binders for buyer’s inspections or pre-listing inspections, check out INSPECTION SUPPORT SERVICES INC. I have just received my binders from this company (in a very timely fashion I might add) and they are spectacular! They are very thorough with plenty of diagrams and info for the buyer and/or seller.
I use HG for my reports but sometimes clients want the binder especially for pre-listings. Makes for a very good report!
