One year after the licensing of home inspectors has become mandatory in BC. one could have expected hearing officially from CAHPI whether or not the predicted benefits of the exercise have actually materialized. Perhaps there is a fellow home inspector out west who is willing to let us know about the pros and cons to be regulated by the government.
