Recruting Inspectors

I am presently recruting inspectors for various regions throughout Canada.I am not making this a franchise, therefore there is no upfront fees. (applies to inspectors living in Ontario)
I do training, provide advance education, and also do the marketing strategies in the specific areas.
I am sure I can make any inspector thrive in their areas.
