I stirred up a storm of controversy with my Title Page column about property disclosure forms two weeks ago.
There are some interesting replies to Bob Aaron in regards to his column at the above link.
Thanks Ray it goes back to the AGENT always want what is best for the AGENT.
Seldom does the AGENT worry about any thing except sign the forms.
Thats why the $200:00 inspector is recommended by these AGENTS
I am lucky most agents I deal with are honerable ( Yes there are a few out there )
