I have 10 commercial buildings to inspect in Maryland. Anyone want them?

Dear Nick:

Per our conversation earlier tonight, we are in need of a commercial property inspector. Our due diligence window is only 45 days so we are on a tight time frame. We expect to have somewhere between 5 to 10 commercial buildings under contract imminently. Most are suburban office and medical office. One potential building is multi family and one potential building is industrial warehouse. One site has 6 total buildings. So we need an inspector who is up the challenge. We do not want a “patsy” inspection. We need someone loyal to us and our interests. We will of course need written findings once the inspection is completed. All buildings are located in Maryland.

Would your inspector also be proficient in roofing, hvac and elevator issues? Or should we retain specialists in those areas?
