We recently looked at a new house. The basement walls are poured concrete and smooth in most areas, but there were two spots where it was not “smooth”. The spots showed rough concrete - the rocks that built up the concrete basically. It looks like when the forms were pulled away that it took the smooth part of that area with it, if that makes sense. The areas were not very big. Should we be concerned about the spots?
