I was wondering if I can use the same Fee Calculator for commercial buildings or if there is a separate one I could use on the InterNachi web site?

Nope ! Every commercial inspection is different and as such has a different fee.
So, no, cant use that calculator and the alternative is…?
If you don’t understand the difference in fee’s, you shouldn’t be doing the inspection!
