Different water temperatures measured at sinks

Question,
Home is heated by oil fired boiler, as well as the boiler providing the hot water for the sinks, tubs and showers via water temperature mixing valve at boiler. I measured water temperature at the kitchen sink at 130*, while the bathroom sink measured at 95*. Why would there be such a temperature difference at the sinks when supplied by the one/ same source?

There could very well be a 2nd tempering valve that covers all bathrooms. I have found them in closets, inside vanities and other places.
