A stormchaser investigated my roof for hail damage and suggested I make a claim. Later, an insurance appraiser reviewed my roof and said someone had coined it. I’m afraid it was the stormchaser. Can coining cause permanent damage to the shingles? What type of recourse do I have? Can and to whom should the stormchaser be reported?
