I inspected a townhouse today that had the proper firewall in the attic to separate the neighboring units but the problem was in the roof. There was an off ridge vent that was installed directly over the wall, half in the unit I inspected and I could not gain access to but I assume the other half was in the neighbors unit. What are your thoughts on the firewall breach with it being in the roof decking
