I fell down stairs at my University. The stairwell was outside and had no hand/stair railing. I am trying to find the document for the state of GA stating the requirement for the number stairs and handrailings.
What is the requirement for a handrailing per number of stairs outside of a commercial building? please add required documentation as a reference.
