Are home inspectors required to take the front panel off of the breaker box to inspect the wiring behind the breakers? I recently moved into a home and within 5 days, lost power to half of my house. My electrician determined i needed a new breaker box due to interior corrosion and that my home inspector should have caught this issue. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
