Hello I have a few questions that I was wondering if anyone can help me with.
- If I am inspecting a crawl space and I smell natural gas what are the next
steps I should take? - If the buyer of a house is out of town and the real estate agent calls me for
an inspection, is my client the buyer or the real estate agent? - If during an inspection I find a circuit breaker is tripped, what do I write on
the report? - If the flooring of a house is uneven but the crawl space is inaccessible what
do I recommend for the floor?
