Default streaking, crumbing and water seeping

Hello
we had a new foundation poured for an addition, There is water seeping into two corners that meet the existing house and all the walls inside the basement have streaks in them. Can I upload pictures? can someone tell me what this means, and if I should get it independently inspected? We are located in the Boston area. I can send pictures and would greatly appreciate your help.

Yes you should get a qualified independent asessment.

You cannot post images to this forum directly but you can host them offsite (e. g., DropBox, etc.) and provide the url.
