The topic for this month’s CMI meeting and class is “Handling Complaints”. We never like to get complaints but no matter how hard we try, we are not going to please everyone. Knowing how to properly deal with unhappy customers is an essential skill in the inspection business. This month we will talk about how to avoid getting complaints and how to handle complaints when you do get them in ways that lead to resolutions.
The class is*** free*** and open to all. It is approved for one Continuing Education hour for CMI, CRI (InterNACHI), CFI (North American Association of Appraisers and Inspectors), and CCBI (Management Science Institute) The live session will be held in the chat classroom at http://www.certifiedmaster.com/forum/index.php
