Wow, that video mixed and mingled CMI with useless widgets again. But conveniently left out the fact that all those widgets would require the clients private information to be given out to 3rd vendors and who knows who else. Not to mention that you their founder of CMI has said many times that those warrantees are Useless to the client.
This video is doing no good for CMI’s and is structive to the CMI designation.
This useless video looks like Nate made it, looks like he gave up on his expert inspector junk, partnered with you on cmi and now obviously promoting his widgets.
