Has anyone here checked out this California program? You get certified by the State to inspect for ADA compliance. Check it out here.

I got certified about 5 years ago for ADA and never used my cert. Aging in Place along with ADA compliance is big business.
And here I thought this would be applicable to getting into houses where the key in the box went missing…

I have an architect friend who recently became ADA certified. He said the exam was difficult, but he may have taken a different test than the inspector test.
They have some sample questions on the website. It also requires CE.
