Friday, IM Home Inspections was proud to represent InterNACHI at the CSMAR (Conejo, Simi, Moorpark Association of Realtors) 2017 Expo.

CSMAR covers the Conejo Valley, Simi Valley and Moorpark areas of Ventura County in Southern California.

I had a great time. I got to talk to a couple of fellow InterNACHI members (Hi Phil!) along with showing local Real Estate agents my custom “Now That You’ve Had a Home Inspection” books.

The funny part is a certain California inspection organization was listed as a gold sponsor, and they had a prime booth reserved near the front door.

Yet, no one showed up to man their booth. :shock:
