E&O for Calif. Inspectors

Hi Guys- this is David Brauner, Senior Insurance Broker at OREP.

We have many inspectors switching insurance to us from other programs because, apparently, for other carriers rates rise in Calif. Our coverage (described below) does not cost more in Calif. There is some info. below. Thanks!

Editor’s Note: Home Inspectors no longer have to pay more for the complete coverage they need. A new program from OREP includes most coverages in the minimum premium ($1,250), including Bodily Injury Property Damage (BIPD/ Premises coverage).

Hello CA Home Inspectors,

I just wanted to let you know that OREP has expanded its coverage to include general liability at no additional cost, in its E&O coverage program, in all states. As I mentioned above, our program isn’t more expensive in CA (as many are), so many of you might find that it can save you money.

Most other “incidental” coverages are included also, like pest and radon. $300,000 aggregate limit is $1,250 and includes all these coverages, plus discounted education and more. Simple, convenient application allows you to avoid quoting time and gets you back to work quickly. No taxes, no policy fees. Check www.OREP.org for more.
