I just registered so I’m in. I will make the claim of being the first guy from MN to sign up. Will be cool to meet CA home inspectors. Why would some hick from MN sign up? some may ask… well because we have a home to stay at in palm dessert and when i ‘retire’ i have a dream of staying there a few months during winters and doing some inspections there…so im pursuing that possiblity.
