Oh, that reminds me I had an inspection a while back where the listing agent specified the BUYER had to use an ASHI or CREIA inspector, and ask me for my credentials at the end of the inspection.
The listing agent then made the buyers sign an agreement they were waiving their right to an ASHI or CREIA inspection. lol
I was going to say something, but then I got busy and forgot about it. But I have a picture of the listing agreement where it says this.
