My son just bought a home in the Sacramento area (Rocklin) and I would like to find an inspector that inspects pools and that also has had pool service and repair experience. I also need a referral for a pool leak detection company.
I prefer an inspector that uses the AHIT report software and does no more than one full home inspection a day.
