Commercial IR Contract

Does anyone have a commercial only IR contract that I can use to help guide my lawyer in preparation?

Use the NACHI contract.

I have it, but I am looking at something more commercial related.

I am using everything I get my hands on as reference.

I bet if you call FLIR-ICT they might have something, or at least might know of someone who would, and they could point you in the right direction.

Infraspection and/or Snell might also be a good starting point for ya.

David,

Why can’t your attorney revise your residential IR agreement?

I don’t trust Attys 100%!:-#:bug:

I like to look at all considerations.

Dave:

Infraspection Institute offers standard proposal templates for several different types of commercial infrared inspections. Each template provides suggested wording and format for preparing a comprehensive and professional quotation.

Eight templates are currently available covering the following applications: electrical systems, mechanical systems, electro/mechanical systems, building envelopes, insulated roofs, process equipment, steam traps, and underground piping. For each application, our template outlines scope of work, pricing options, client and thermographer responsibilities, additional services, and terms.

All templates are provided in a Microsoft Word file and can be modified to suit the user’s particular needs. Templates may be used as core language for contract documents.

Purchase price includes license for unlimited use of template by the original purchaser. Templates are available individually or as a complete set of eight.

For more information please call 609-239-4788 or visit the Infraspection Online Store.

Hope this helps.

If you want something for free…there is the NACHI ComSOP agreement and you can add in the optional Thermal Imaging Addendum to it.
