Exterior/stucco Fl home image

I have been trying to figure this one out for a while now. The images were taken about a month part and at different times am/pm on the west-side of the home. The house is consistent with this pattern around the whole perimeter. It is a block construction built in 06 and moister readings are about the same in all areas. Any thoughts?

Are you referring to grouted cells in the CMU wall?

Yeah that makes sense. I was sure if they went that far up with reinforcement. Seams like there would be one more between the two windows farther down.

The grouted cells look about the width and height of a doorway.
If it was an vertical control joint, the cells would be just shy of the CMU wydth and the control separation have builders paper, dowling rod and caulk that should be visible through IR.
Just my 2 cents.
PS: Try to be perpendicular an object when you take a thermogram.
