Flir offers FREE infrared conferences

**FLIR Systems to offer free infrared conferences throughout the U.S. **

BOSTON** – FLIR Systems Inc., the global leader in infrared cameras, announced today it plans to hold more than 40 free conferences throughout the U.S.**

The conferences will focus on infrared technology and how to use infrared cameras for a variety of applications including electrical and mechanical surveys, quality assurance for repair work, roofing, heating and cooling systems, predictive maintenance and more.

The conferences will allow for hands-on demonstrations, time with FLIR product experts and the opportunity to learn about new product enhancements and features, and FLIR’s Infrared Training Center certification programs.

“Feedback from last year’s attendees was extremely positive,” said David Francoeur, FLIR’s marketing director. “Whether being introduced to infrared technology for the first time or an experienced thermographer, the conferences are an opportunity for individuals to gain new skills, find new applications for their cameras, and possibly expand their careers. This type of educational opportunity can open the door to becoming a company’s resident infrared expert or starting a business as a thermography service provider.”

Seating is limited so early registration is encouraged. To find a free conference near you and to register today, visit www.infraredseminars.com](http://www.infraredseminars.com/) or call 1-800-254-0633.

Thanks.

Cool.

Cool.

I attended one of these conferences in Boston a couple years ago. I went just for the FREE donuts and coffee.

Just kidding. The conference was indeed…interesting. They will have IR cameras on-site and basically talk about the applications of Thermal Imaging for about 2-3 hours.

It’s a great conference to attend, if anyone is still thinking of performing IR inspections.

They mentioned this in our Level-1 course last week, it sounds like something to look forward to attend.
