The second they get rid of that ridiculous SIM. I am in. I could score 700 homes per year. But that aspect of the requirement is an absolute, unnecessary barrier. I feel bad because I could be doing them everyday and I would love to be doing it. The software couldn’t be easier in HIP to use.
