How do you account for a walk out basement in the NACHI Energy Tool?

Do you just add the window area, or ignore it ?

Couple of days & no responses. Either it was a dumb question or the NACHI Energy Tool has a flaw which no one has an answer for! What do ya think?

If it is a conditioned space you add to the total I believe.
