I downloaded ThermaCAM Explorer from the Flir website.
There may be some added tools you may be interested in.
Program removes everything from the scan and saves as a bitmap.
The file is smaller, but appears to display better resolution in some cases and programs.
These photos demonstrate an inverted palette option.
For those HVAC guys out there, this is a heat pump reversing valve operating properly.
You can see the distinct flow of hot refrigerant gas through the valve. If the valve was leaking we will see a differential temperature between the two suction lines.
