I use the Flir B360 and the BCAM-SD Infrared Camera for all Home inspections

Flir B360 or the BCAM-SD are the tools of my trade.

I use the following IR cameras for all Thermal Imaging Inspections as a stand alone service.Additionally I offer a FREE “Basic” IR scan for all Home/Mold/Property Inspections.

B360 as well!

Are all youse guys saying you carry 2 IR cameras for your inspections??

The question was. . .

“I do,” is my answer. I use thermal imaging as a standard part of every home inspection.

Dan,

I did for a while, I have since sold my BCAM-SD to Greg Bell and I will be using only my B360.
BTW I allways have 3 digital cameras with me and 2 moisture meters and 4 flashlights etc. etc. etc. You never know what will happen!!

**I just finished a rare Sunday IR inspection using my NEW Flir B360

Mario -

I always carry 2 Hostess Twinkies, 2 Mountain Dews AND 2 credit card processors (never want be without means to process credit cards.

Jeff - Why 2 Thermal Imagers. Are you using 1 in each hand, etc to get done faster OR ???

You completely misunderstood Jeff’s post and mine for that matter. I suggest you start from post 1…again!!

I did and still don’t get what you 2 are saying. I originally thought you were saying you carried to IR’s on each job - now I don’t know.

**I did for a while, one for each hand!! **
Jeff is more intelligent than I am; he only takes one camera to his inspections!

Too funny Darren!

Mario, I always have my Bcam with me and use it on every inspection. It has saved me on some hidden water leaks in the attic.
With realtors knowing I have it I have gotten referrals because of it.

Dan - read post #8 again.

I carry one camera (BCAM SD), and I use it on every inspection.

FLIR B-CAM and “basic” scan included with all inspections here.

B-CAM also heavily used during mold investigations.

The kid standing at the bottom of the power pole watched the lineman at the top drop his pliers. He came down and got them. The kid said “My dad is a lineman too, he carries two pliers so if he drops one he doesn’t have to come down, he just uses the other one.” The lineman mutters “Shut up kid” and goes back to work. Ten minutes later he drops his screwdriver. He came down and got it. The kid said “My dad is a lineman too, he carries two screwdrivers so if he drops one he doesn’t have to come down, he just uses the other one.” The lineman mutters “Shut up kid” Before going back up the pole he goes around a bush to take wizz. The kid watches him. " I suppose your dad has two of these to does he?" asks the lineman.
The kid responds “Nope, just one, but it is twice as big!”
