Move In Certified Email issue

I’m looking at offering the Move In Certified program to my clients. I tried to test the feature that sends an email to the client with the link, however it kept going in to spam and was deleted by my Trend Micro spam filters. Does anyone know a way around this?

I figured it out. I had to go to my Apple Itouch, which isn’t spam filtered, for the address that the link is sent from. I took that address (report@fetchreport.com) and put that into my approved senders list of my email spam filter. It works. So if you have clients that are unable to recieve the email, have them put this email address in their approved senders list. It works. Now that I’ve looked at the program and have tested it…I love it!
