For Homeowners and Inspectors: What to Do After Disaster Strikes

I applied for Vanguard (they had a hire freeze). FEMA contracts out to a company like vanguard when a disaster strikes. From there they contract out to inspectors that have completed the online training and attended classes. The inspector is paid so much for house (I think around $39 for new inspectors) with a few inspected in a day. They typically start by asking the clients questions then taking pictures of the damages (they have specific software).
