Seeking qualified candidate for employment.
Would prefer Maryland licensed individual but will consider training without license.
Must have own vehicle and inspection tools.
Insurance will be covered, GL, E&O, workmanship comp.
Would be an employee, not a 1099 subcontractor.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
Full time employment is possible.
Candidate must have excellent command of language and writing skills, ability to learn software. Friendly and outgoing, in good physical condition.
