We are looking for an experienced Florida licensed home inspector to join our new division in Fort Myers. We are looking for someone to lead our inspection team as well as help promote the business through local marketing and sales events. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of inspection experience along with leadership and sales skills. You will be responsible for conducting residential and commercial home inspections including, but not limited to, full real estate inspections, four point, wind mitigation, and thermal imaging inspections. Along with home inspections, you will be responsible for meeting with realtors and attend local marketing events to promote the company.
We also specialize in home energy inspections and audits. These inspections include, but not limited to: energy audits, duct testing, blower door testing, HERS Index inspections, Energy Star certifications. Once hired you will be trained and certified as a RESNET inspector to perform these energy inspections.

Compensation: Because this is a management home inspection position, we are offering a highly competitive hourly rate with opportunity for overtime. Salary will be based on your experience and skills. Please include your current salary when you apply.

Qualifications:
•Certified Florida Home Inspector with experience
•General Knowledge of New Construction and Energy Efficient Construction
•Effective Communication is a Must!
•Ability to Be Flexible to Ensure to Job Gets Done Quickly and Accurately
•Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
•Clean Driving Record and Clean Criminal Record REQUIRED!
