If anyone has a 90 or 95% lower receiver they are willing to let go, I’m interested. I’m looking to add a new toy to the toy box.
You can buy the blank with a jig for drilling the holes and buy the rest of the parts and have a ghost. 
well because of the safe act ARs are illegal unless you register them, but because the lower receiver is what makes it a gun, if i can get a few 90 or 95% finished and all the furniture, I could still be well armed in a SHTF situation. I have other things that are legal, but it would be nice to know i could upgrade if i wanted too.
