Is there a date set for a Nachi license test in Central Florida?
Also, is anyone going the grandfather way and sending in 120 inspections and proof of three years in the business? If so who and where do we send that info. I appreicate all of your responses.

Hi William,

I think the State needs more time on this issue, I may be wrong but I’m from Rhode Island and Rhode Island as of 2001 you need a Home Inspection License. It never got off the ground because of lack of funds. Same situation here in Florida no one ever had an answer. Like I said I may be wrong, I guess we will just have to wait and see.
