Does anybody have a Citizens 4-Point form, I thought I had one, looked all in my phone, computer and email and all I have is a Citizen roof cert. I would like to see if there is a fillable one with pictures.

I think Eric does. I have a blank no fillable one somewhere not sure if most recent or not and a fillable one if you use the software I always recommend send regular email if you want either.

I’ll probably release the 4-point, roof cert, and wind mit in December.
I will also probably release the new 1802 form when it comes out.
When is that coming out and do you have any previews on the new 1802 and are they doing this in seclusion without the input of anyone?

Sounds like a rumor to me so far. Is there anything out there that confirms any revision plans?
I went to their site and it was the same old form.

Exactly…If there was a revision in the works, it is not public yet and will go thru another year long comment period when presented. Nothing to worry about for awhile.
