Does any inspector who perform the Wind Mitigation Inspection have their client to sign an agreement first before doing the inspection?

You guys are on the right track. I decided to go to Law School in order to become a better inspector. Just to keep up with the State. I figure my upfront counciltation with them will pay more than the actuall inspection. LOL
