OK, so where is everyone? I prepared hundreds of thousands of Realtor address records or quotes for 18 to 20 members and only 3 or 4 have sent me an email requesting their files.

If the price was too steep for you, I know that times are hard and that’s OK, but it would be nice if you let me know so I can destroy your files and make some room on the memory chip I have set aside for this project. (keep in mind that in order for me to report to you the quantity of records and the amount of PDF pages I had to create the file)

And don’t forget if you have no interest in the database you can just be a nice guy/gal home inspector and donate to Nachi Nickels anyway.

Let me take a look, just might be able to accommodate you. However like Florida there has to be a hell of a lot of them.

Florida right now has 257,000 licensed and depicted as current and active but there are over 300,000 in the books including those suspended and those inactive.

Charles, you can purchase the list from the State of California in several formats that the provide on CD. Quite a bit more expensive than what I am doing for Florida inspectors but might be worth you looking into, I have included the website location for the form that explains the ordering process for you convenience, good luck
