Just lost an inspection because the realtor selling the house has in the contract that only Ashi inspectors can inspect the home. Yes the buyers signed the contract but did not understand that point. This doesn’t seem right to me. Any thoughts?

It is their right to dictate the terms of the sale of their home. Your clients fault for either not reading the Agreement prior to signing, or signing without understanding what they were signing. IMO, attorneys should always be used when purchasing a home to cover your assets!
