Anybody interested in picking up a 4 point inspection in Coral Gables. It is a 50 year old condo unit on the third floor and the insurance company needs a 4-point. An agent of mine needs an inspector. Anybody interested in picking this up, message me and I will send you the clients info.
I have never done a Four Point on a condo – Are they requiring this due to a foreclosure? Sounds odd to me, I would double check with the ins agent as this is not the norm
I do many stand alone 4pts on condos. Some call them 3pts, but I try to get the roof pics and info if I can.
