New Rules for Secondary Structures from Citizens.

Citizens is no longer going to cover secondary structures. Guest houses, detached garages will require a second policy. That means a separate wind mit and 4 point inspection…

I will post the full details once I get them.

It also appears that Citizens will require a new 4 point every year. Just as though it was a new policy.
